Get Involved

There are a number of ways you can help us to make Poole a more beautiful place to live, work and to visit...

If you are an interested resident:

• We would love you to enter into our annual Garden of the Year competitions

• You would be welcomed as a member of the committee.  If you don't see your neighbourhood represented amongst our members then why not contact Denise for an informal chat

• Make a difference by organising or working with a group of activity volunteers local to you

• You might want to suggest a project that we can carry out to improve your own street or local area

If you are a school teacher:

• Please work with pupils and other staff on either (or both) the school's environmental project or art competition
• If it would be useful for someone to visit to discuss options and ideas, or to talk to the pupils that will be involved in a project or competition, please contact us

If you run a local business:

• You might grow a show of flowers outside your office or shop front and enter into our commercial competition

• Or perhaps you can help us with a donation or sponsorship of a competition prize, project or activity?

• Poole's roundabout sponsorship scheme endorses the Poole in Bloom ethos while at the same time promoting your company to residents and visitors at prominent locations across the Borough
